Refund Policy
We appreciate our customers and their trust in our quality and service. That’s why we have a reasonable cancellation and refund policy.
We handle each project by splitting it into manageable tasks.
We begin every project with a detailed analysis and a mutual agreement on the work required. This way, we can prevent any misunderstanding or conflict that might cause the project to be cancelled.
Once we complete a task, we cannot refund the payment for it because we have invested time and energy on it. If we decide to end the project together, the client can retain all the completed work and does not have to pay for the remaining project. We will not refund any previous payment or deposit.
We will not refund any payment after the client approves the design mockups and we proceed with the development of the project. We do not offer partial refunds for projects that are halfway through a task.
We do not allow cancellations for services that we provide on special occasions. These are limited time offers and cannot be cancelled.
Digital marketing packages are not refundable, but the client can cancel with a written notice 30 days in advance. We do not refund deposits or payments for projects that are abandoned or dormant for more than 30 days.
